Fay is a highly qualified fitness professional dedicated to helping clients achieve their health and wellness goals. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Exercise Science from Youngstown State University, where she gained valuable experience through internships working with high school athletes and teams. A certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, Fay brings over five years of proven success in both personal training and group coaching. Her expertise is further enhanced by a strong athletic background encompassing martial arts, wrestling, grappling, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, giving her a unique understanding of the dedication and discipline required to reach peak performance. Fay's comprehensive knowledge and passion for fitness make her an exceptional asset in guiding clients on their journey to a healthier lifestyle.
