Small Group Classes

Join our small group classes and experience the benefits of working out in a supportive and motivating environment. Our classes are designed to cater to all fitness levels and interests. We offer a variety of classes to keep you engaged and help you achieve your fitness goals.

Small Group Classes

Small Group Class Lineup - between 3-4 clients per scheduled class availability

HITT

This is a High Intensity Interval Training that utilizes short periods of intense exercise movements, followed by less intense “recovery” periods. This class is primarily designed for the intermediate or advanced level individual that has an established base of fitness level. Clients could include athletes, weekend warriors, and fitness enthusiasts looking to find their strength. Goals of this class include:

  • Reaching a targeted sustained heart rate

  • Fat Burn

  • High performance strength training

  • Work up a sweat

  • Body transformation

  • High intensity exercise

  • Toning

  • Increase lean body muscle mass

  • Fun and engaging exercise with friends and your new favorite fitness coach

Active Kidz

The class targets grade school children looking to get involved in SAFE strength training or begin a sport. It is great to participate in during the offseason months, maintain stamina and strength in-season, and provide the child with motivation, encouragement, and a positive role-model. Benefits to the class include:

  • Teaching safe weight lifting principles

  • No greater than 75% of One rep max for higher repetition sets

  • Increasing sport endurance

  • Get in shape or condition for an upcoming sport season

  • Improve performance in sports

  • Joint and muscle injury prevention

  • Improve body awareness and agility

  • Encourage a healthy lifestyle
